How this website handles what you send through the contact form.
What we collect
When you write through the contact form, we receive your name, your email address, the topic you choose and your message. We do not ask for anything else.
Why we use it
Only to read your message and reply to it, and to follow up on what you asked about.
Where it is kept
Your message is stored in the office’s inquiry records (Zoho CRM, in Zoho’s India data center). It is seen only by the devotees who handle inquiries for the office. It is not sold or shared.
How long we keep it
For as long as it is needed to respond and follow up. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Security checks and services
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to keep out spam; it checks your browser without tracking you across sites. The site is served by Cloudflare and its fonts come from Google Fonts. The Teachings page embeds videos with YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player, which loads from YouTube when you reach it; YouTube may set cookies once you play a video. This website itself does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
